The IPO Institute is an institution dedicated to the research and deployment of IPO related knowledge and projects. Our institute relies on some of the most experimented traders and financial advisers of the Wall Street community, as well as an International network of legal and financial advisors.
The IPO Institute aims at being the school of the Initial Public Offering. It organizes courses and seminars in Wall Street, for Universities across the country and online webinars to improve general public’s and leading edge professionals’ knowledge about IPOs.
It conducts research about the IPO operation in the fields of law, of marketing, of financial public relations but also in econometrics, in fundamental corporate analysis, in financial and securities markets analysis as well as in real-time accounting and publishes white papers. It organises a platform to deliver online analysis about special securities markets situations. It also conducts and publishes research in investors’ perceptions and behaviors.
